Real Estate & Development
Real Estate and Development activities include, but are not limited to, the identification and facilitation of development opportunities designed to increase the supply of sustainable affordable housing. This involves working with developers, the City of High Point, lenders and other housing advocates. Key to this initiative is providing a range of housing choices in all areas of the City in a mixed-income environment. The department is also working to expand the pool of developers and funding sources available to HPHA for future development projects.
