HUD Mandates Smoke-Free Public Housing
No Smoking In Public Housing Effective July 1, 2018
As of July 1, 2018, smoking will be prohibited on all HPHA properties to include common areas, apartment units, and all grounds within the footprint of our community, including porches and balconies for all family communities. This new policy applies to all residents, guests, employees and contractors.
